Vacation Care

Sandgate PCYC Vacation Care runs every school holiday period for grades Prep-7.

Opening Hours: 7am-6pm.

Fee Schedule:

(as of June/July holidays)

Casual Daily Fee: $41/child

Book 5 Days in a week $37

Excursions & Special Events incur extra fees.

2010 PCYC membership is payable on enrolment if child is not a member of a PCYC - $20/child

Fees quoted are full price. CCB benefits will reduce the amount to pay each day according to your CCB percentage. Please contact the Family Assistance Office on 136 150 and inform them of your child/ren intent to come to Vacation Care at Sandgate PCYC.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations must be in writing and recieved a week in advance of the cancelled period.

IF YOUR CHIRD IS BOOKED ON AN EXCURSION DAY, FEES WILL NOT BE REFUNDED IF ANY CANCELLATION OCCURS.

New Members - All forms below must be completed and returned to the PCYC before commencement.

Current Members - Only Booking Form needs to be returned.
