Karate develops both physical and mental health. Training will also enable individuals to defend themselves against physical aggression without reliance upon weapons. Training does not require large amounts of space and what is learned in class can be easily practiced at home. With regular practice goals can be achieved regardless of sex or age and Karate training is a fantastic way to stay fit.
