Cardio Box

 

Cardio Box is for everyone. To do this class you do not have to be super fit or know any boxing techniques. It is an activity that practises the fundamentals of boxing in a fun, aerobic circuit layout. It provides a full body workout that gets your legs and arms moving and heart pumping. Cardio Box also improves your stamina, helps get your reflexes razor sharp, and combined with a sensible diet, help you burn off those calories.

 

Beginners will be shown how to get fitter in a fun way or if you have boxed before you will be given the opportunity to perfect your skill, learn some training routines and improve your strategy.

Our Classes

Our Cardio Box classes are suitable for males and females 16 years and over.

 

What to Bring and Wear

If you are wanting to give Cardio Box a go please bring

  • a towel

  • water bottle

  • comfortable clothing

  • sand shoes

  • boxing gloves (these are optional)

Our Instructor

Our Cardio Box instructor is Katrina. Katrina is a qualified personal trainer and has been teaching boxing for many years. She is always happy to answer and questions you may have.
