Boxercise is for everyone. To do this class you do not have to be super fit or know any boxing techniques. It is an activity that practises the fundamentals of boxing in a fun, aerobic circuit layout. It provides a full body workout that gets your legs and arms moving and heart pumping. Boxercise also improves your stamina, helps get your reflexes razor sharp, and combined with a sensible diet, help you burn off those calories.
Beginners will be shown how to get fitter in a fun way or if you have boxed before you will be given the opportunity to perfect your skill, learn some training routines and improve your strategy.
